This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal. Situated right next to a beautiful forest, I was able to enjoy peaceful walks and stunning views of the surrounding nature. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. There was such a huge selection of delicious food, ensuring that I started my day off on the right foot.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view of Kronplatz from the balcony. The location next to a forest is perfect for skiing in the area, with easy access to any ski area and most Dolomite ski resorts. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast spread is fantastic.

The breakfast options offered were outstanding and fresh. the location provided easy access to ski slopes and famous attractions nearby. the staff was very kind, pleasant and always ready to assist.

The heating system in the room was inadequate, causing some discomfort during the xmas period. limited jacuzzi facilities for a hotel with numerous guests and we had to wait for some time to use them.

The hotel may have been located in a quiet area next to a forest, but the ski area was only a short drive away, making it a convenient place to stay for ski enthusiasts. the spacious rooms were clean, and the staff provided helpful trail information. Breakfast had plenty of variety and quality food, including homemade apricot jam and salads. the hotel had a covered parking facility and a spa area, including a swimming pool and several saunas.

The rooms lacked the essential amenities, such as a refrigerator and an up-to-date TV.

Breakfast is the highlight of my stay! So many options to choose from, including DIY fresh juices. The staff is courteous and provides great advice on what to do around the area. The covered parking made it convenient for me to park my car and made me feel secure. The location is near key areas of interest.

The room needed more storage space for all my belongings. , the air conditioning was not working correctly and made it a bit too warm in the room at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional with so many options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, with a relaxing spa and beautiful garden to unwind in. Additionally, the location next to a forest was perfect for taking my dog for a morning walk before heading out to ski. Transportation was easy with a ski bus located at the end of the lane.
